Going to Paso to try some Rhone type blends. Any suggestions other than Booker, L’aventure, and Herman Story? We prefer big, bold, with spice/pepper.

Not big and bold . . .
And autocorrect destroyed the spelling.
McPrice Myers

Call Halter Ranch and get on the cave tour. Beautiful Winery and solid lineup.

We really like the following when we visited Paso last summer:
Denner
Alta Colina
McPrice Myers
Linne Calodo
Aaron
Desparada
Brian Benson
Lots of other good choices that we didn’t have time for during the visit.
I was really impressed with Bella Luna.

Starr Ranch. Make an appt with Judy, she is a blast, great place and wine.
Also the far out wineries east of Paso, Stillwater, Sarzotti and Cass come to mind.
As others have stated. Epoch, Law, Daou. Daou not as big and flamboyant but some good big wines and great view
I would add:
Paix Sur Terre
Turtle Rock
Herman Story, Brecon, Nicora.
How canyou leave out Saxum and Alban
You have to be on the active list to get an appt at Saxum (at least that’s what I was told), not sure about Alban
