Anybody use this? Has a lot of blessings from the Bordeaux royals… the de Boüards gave me a couple to try out. Oversimplification: a nano/micro ox handheld device. Tried it a few times and loved it, but I’ve had a cold so my judgement is reserved. No affiliation, want to know from others if they’ve used it and what they thought of it.
What about sediment?
Couldn’t you just pull the cork up, turn the bottle up and down a few times (presumably to integrate the 2-3 ml of oxygen in the neck space) and then leave it alone?
I’m all for testing wine gadgets but this seems like a form over function way to get $ from the consumer.
