How the heck do all these wineries survive? (NAPA)

Was looking at winerelease.com and just looking at all these wineries and their price points. (I’m sure there’s way more wineries that aren’t even listed)
How does everyone survive competing with each other at these price points?
Hard to believe that all these Brands are selling out every year on their $100+ wines.

Can anyone share how these wineries move all of their inventory?
Seems like a stressful business financially.

Could be they have a business plan to make a small fortune by starting with a big one. Needless to say, they aren’t getting my business.

There are plenty of stressed out people who need alcohol.

Not sure of the question but for some reason i expect that America is capable of drinking off/down the inventory at every price point during the course of a year.
