Aromas of Asian pears, yellow apples, and chalk. Soft and creamy on the palate, with precise notes of jicama, green apples, whole grain toast, and a hint of lemon zest. Rather short in the mouth with not much definition or cut, but an easy and pleasant sipper that can be had for a song, or rather an album on iTunes. (87 pts.)
