I never put up a note on the 11 Bedrock Heritage we uncorked this week. Was this the first vintage where Heirloom was no longer an available label-name for BR?

No decant, just a 1/2 hour uncorked before we poured it. Great mouthfeel and good length, this was enjoyable while a bit angular. I'd either let these rest awhile longer or give them a 2-3 hour decant.

Yep, looks like it. Have the 10 in front of me now and it's still labeled Heirloom.

2013 Clos du Val cab.

Decent wine. Very typical Napa Cab characteristics. Probably right in it's prime drinking window and in that 90-91 point range.
