Light ruby with great clarity and reflective quality. Graham crackers, pomegranate and sweet red fruits on the nose. Black licorice, herbs de Provence and drying tannins on the palate. Long finish that leaves a pleasantly bitter note on the front palate. I’d hold 2 years then drink for next 3 after that.
