2013 Schloss Gobelsburg Grüner Veltliner ‘Gobelsburger’ (Kamptal, Austria)
First look at 2013 in Austria for me, and a real winner in the under $20 category. Lots of lime and peach fruit with a crisp mineral base. Just plain drinkable.
What’s being said about the 2013 vintage in Austria?
Terry Theise’s report was effusive in praise for the vintage.

Yes. Best since 1999 or 1997. I forget which.
That wine is a consistent winner every year IMHO. Generally $14 around here.
David, can you tell me where you found the 2014 Austrian catalog (2013 vintage)? I checked the Skurnik site but to no avail. Thanks.
