Thursday CR up date, sockeyes beginning to show up in better numbers and kings slowing down a bit.I think it could be a later than normal season , though probably lower numbers than usual for sockeyes

In for the BBBB, my dad was part owner of a butcher shop in Seattle and would cut meat on weekends.This brought back a lot of great childhood memories for me, and my wife was surprised I could answer most of the questions [wow.gif] .

2015 Lytton Springs. Tasty with some Flannery hanger steak. More enjoyable than the 2015 Geyserville IMHO.

I've stored large format, 3L up to 9L, bottles on their sides, some for more than 30 years. Maybe I've been lucky, but I've never encountered a pushed cork or seepage.
