I have one of these: https://www.mieleusa.com/domestic/1690. ... 019062-ZST. The pH of our water is 6.0 so we are not dealing with hard/mineral laden water. Works beautifully.

Re: Millennials and Wine

I agree Jay. The marketing is heading that way. There are a lot of articles published about marketing wine to millennials. In the long haul, marketing won't be enough. Millennials will figure out when the message is not borne out by the product.

Re: Millennials and Wine

My Millennial sent me a text yesterday to ask me if I have had biodynamic/natural wine. She said it is all the rage with Millennials. She lives in Millennial heaven -- Austin, TX. It is clear that neither she nor most of her friends know what either biodynamic or natural wines are. She mentioned And...

I contacted Biserno. They are doing their tastings at Relais il Biserno. For those that are interested, this is what they offer. Looks like they have learned a lesson or two from Napa and gone high end. I am finding that they are not alone in Tuscany when it comes to charging a hefty tasting fee. To...

Any one tasted or planned tastings at wineries in Bolgheri that I should visit? Hi, Michael as with all things, it depends what you like. I would add Carinae, Gimenez Riili, Corazon del Sol, La Azul, and Diamandes to the list. Big +1 to La Azul, especially if you can do their lunch tasting. That was easily one of my favorite visits My wife and I did have the opportunity to finish a day of tasting at La Azul for lunch. It was a fantas...
