Wouldnt this pricing model end up with nobody paying full price ? its like All clad, they have a sale every six months or so i just wait for the sale and save 60%. If wineries did this they would go out of business.

Filtering wine sediment

While drinking a 99 Rhone the other night i found the very fine sediment suspended in the wine to be distracting. I know its not affecting taste, i did filter through a stainless mesh but is there a better way to filter to a smaller particle level ?

Love it, i have a lot of 10-14 then went in search of cab and syrah but will always be very fond of Pisoni or Gary Madhead as James May called him. Im circling back though and bought todays offer. I needto dig out some estate from the offsite, i bet the 11’s are awesome

Now if you compare to beer the zero alcohol version is widely available and unlike wine is actually very similar to the alcoholic version I almost burst out laughing at this point I still do drink 0% beer every now and then, but it really doesn't taste like the real stuff. Well zero alcohol beer is certainly as tasty as the mainstream crap like Bud/miller lite but you never see anyone drink the German low alcohol beer that's available yet according to this 62% should be drinking it !!

Tried the bottle from UK, its good but not great. The biggest surprise was the initial hotness, very surprising, now it did resolve into good flavours but it gave the experience an edge of heat and sharpness i just did not expect or really want.
