09' Marcassin PN Marcassin Vineyard- Birthday bottle (question)

Please report back on the wine and what you end up doing beforehand. I am in the same boat with the same vintage and my own birthday coming up.

Vinous and CT

Been debating a Vinous subscription and this makes it an easy decision. Have dropped Spectator. Will continue WA but would really, really, really like the WA people to see the light and see it now. It is inevitable that they follow the same course to stay viable, why make us wait longer?

Merry love?

I agree with SB fans. Think she is great. I don't buy her pinots, too many other options there, but her SB is a staple in my house.

New Round of Rhys Futures

[/quote] Thanks for making this available Kevin! This hit at a bad time for my credit card so couldn't do a full case of 750's no matter how much I wanted to. The option of 6 500ml's was too good to pass up so I had to jump on it. Your attention to customer service is amazing and very much appreciat...

Spatchcock Turkey on the Big Green Egg...a whole turkey with the back bone removed and laid flat, essentially butterflied, and then brined, rubbed, injected and grilled over indirect heat on the Egg. Great crispy skin, really moist, relatively fast cook time. https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/1052...
