Not sure how some wineries charge for shipping. I don't care. I only look at my final cost per bottle. It's not hard to hide shipping costs in the bottle cost so the final cost is the only thing that matters.

Had an 01 HSS several months back. Pop and pour. While good at the start it was really singing several hours into the meal. My advice, a one to two hour decant should be about right. Very little sediment.

Looks like you have already identified your problem. Just make sure that there are no ways for the hot humid air to get behind the spray foam.
