First vintage was very enjoyable. My tasting note said I could see it becoming my house white.

How about this? 2018 Kirkland Signature Bordeaux Superieur $7.99 The DE Costco has none left because I got the last 8 bottles today. 75% Cab 25% Merlot. Must be a Medoc one. Or maybe Haut Medoc. I ordered on the website before the release email arrived and the only link I see on the website is this one: https://www.carlislewinery-store.com/assets/files/2021%20Winter%20Pre-Release%2033002.pdf which doesn't work. Allocations we’re definitely a bit tighter. Based on the release letter it sounds like they are pacing the releases to manage cashflow given how little 2020 vintage wine they’ll have to sell. Re: The glory of the 4oz/5oz tasting bottles. 79 Heitz Martha's opened 10 days ago - still drinking as good as when open
read w/ interest, thx. 4 oz seems too small for me, as my primary use will be to drink a bottle over 2 days (not necessarily consecutive). Ordered the 8 oz version. My thoughts as well. With the 4oz you can do three bottles and get half the bottle but with 8oz, you will have to do two bottles with ...

I have been using these 4oz and 6 oz bottles both for organized group tasting, and for my own use with great success. A friend and I fedex overnight to each other for zoom tasting, and they really don’t get much micro-ox along the way. It is almost like pouring from a fresh bottle when they arrive....

Question for the Bedrock faithful: if you wanted to introduce someone to Bedrock Wine Co using a recent vintage (18 or 19) for them to drink soon to give them a good idea of the style of wine, what would you choose? As mentioned Whitwham & Co. was a bottler and bottled, and refreshed/recorked, a fair amount of Port back when Port was shipped abroad in casks, which is no longer allowed. Despite the replies, Whitwham does not have a very good reputation in Port circles. I would never buy any older Port bottl...
