FedEx made me sign today. He seemed frustrated that he had to wait for me to put a glove on. But I’d be frustrated if I had to be out delivering wine to people. I just wish all wineries would just hold it but I understand that may not be a viable alternative either.

Bedrock made a 16 Sodini but has not made one since. Are these grapes now going into the larger appellation wine? I think Morgan farms the property so he must still have access to the grapes. The 13 Nervo is the only Bedrock wine i have not cared for. Zero nose, plenty of acidity, but no fruit and a bitter finish. Hopefully time will help but I'm not holding my breath. A rare miss. I put it in after the first pour. If you want to put it back in after a second pour, make sure you cover the filter with your thumb during the second pour so it isn’t exposed to oxygen outside the bottle.

Broke an 1855 recently. I struggle with putting stems in the dishwasher and the 1855 just doesn’t seem to fit well so I hand wash. It is a little harder to hand wash than the Zalto Universal.
