Night 3 for a 2011 Saitone Zinfandel. Wow. This has evolved into one of my favorite Bedrock’s ever! What a seamless integration of fruit and savory layers. So bummed it is my last bottle.

That's a great tip. I always have a binder clip in my toiletries bag to cover my razor so that I don't slice my hand reaching into the bag.

She did the “Super Premium Vintage Port Tasting” at Graham’s. It included the 1983, 2000 and 2016 Graham’s. I know they threw in a 2004 Warres. Not sure if anything else.

I have had real mixed results with my Coravin. I like the fact that the aroma stays strong with the Repour but I don’t let a bottle go more than 2 or 3 days.

I have enjoyed the 2010 more than the 2011 but I have a one more 2011 left so that may change. I drank my last 2010 in December and thought it was in a really good place. It was the best showing of the ones I had and didn’t seem it was on a downward slope by any means.
