Re: Lobster Pasta?

Brandon's recipe is excellent. If you are looking for something easier than whole live lobster, I buy the lobster tails from the Costco seafood weekend road show. I cut the raw meat into medallions and use it the way I would raw shrimp or scallops. I add it to seafood paella, use it in pasta sauce, s...

https://www.zwilling.com/us/ballarini/ I was at Costco 1-2 years ago and someone was selling this at an end cap as a weekend special for a 3 piece set. She convinced me it was the best nonstick pans at Costco so I tried them. They are much better than the Costco $20-50 sets. I also use 50 year old F...

TN--2001 Chateau Montelena

We brought this with us for our Chicago trip last weekend. We popped and poured at the restaurant and this wine was excellent. It tasted younger than a 20 year old and was in a perfect place.Very smooth with great fruit. I know it has received many mixed reviews but this bottle rocked.

Look at the old recommendations on this thread. A few places have closed but most are still going. Driftwood downtown is great for fish(they own a fishing boat) and is one of the few places with lots of locals and lots of tourists. La Granja is a low-priced place (downtown and a few other locations)...
