Angler opened today at the Beverly Center (hate that location). The food is fantastic if you're a seafood lover. Very well prepared with an eye to simple preparations. Highly recommend

Carillon is not exempt from premox at all. carried back a 96 BBM from France long ago. Shot. Agreed. bought 01 BBM a couple years after release, opened it 5-6 years ago - poxed. 98 around the same time, poxed. 08 purchased on release, varying level of advanced within 5-7 years of vintage date. Sigh.

It’s just a fruited beer that has grapes in it. It’s not a beer/wine hybrid. This is the closest that I’ve had to a true wine/beer hybrid. It was actually tastier than I expected. The stout is fermented on the skins and napa cab sauv then aged in French oak for a year https://www.thebruery.com/beer/...

05 trollat is one of the greatest st josephs I’ve tasted. 06/07 gonon VV are very good but wasn’t at the level of the trollat. That is quite appraisal. What I have heard on my trips to Northern Rhone is during his last years monsieur Trollat wasn't really motivated and didn't make that great wines....

what's the size of the offsite space?

my lockers i use tubes. Each cabinet can fit 40 tubes. Each tube is double deep. THen on top you can put magnums. There's enough space in the front to stand up bottles horizontal double deep
