Good points have been made. If you want white Burgundy, buy white Burgundy (hell, if you want Chardonnay, buy white Burgundy). But if you want something equally complex, structured, terroir-driven and ageworthy, buy grower Champagne from the likes of Cédric Bouchard and David Léclapart, Loire Chenin...

The Juhlin glass from Reijmyre Glassworks is quite nice for "small" champagnes. For more serious stuff, I prefer Spiegalu Adina Ribolla or the regular Spiegelau Authentis 02.

Michael, Nice bunch of Champagnes you had there. I love the Bereche L'Instant Rose and have been bugging Raphael Bereche to due a second edition of the wine, but haven't convinced him yet.
