Which flame boss do you use?
I got the Flame Boss 300 with wi-fi. Works well, generally handy. But the key is to let me sleep peacefully if I'm doing a brisket or something overnight.

If you want a hotel without a casino, the Mandarin Oriental is right down the strip from the Cosmopolitan and is a lovely hotel. FYI, I believe the Mandarin has been rebranded as a Waldorf.
