Headed to Treehouse this Saturday any advice?

We are going to be 30 min away from the brewery and plan on going Saturday morning for opening at 11am
Primarily there to drink beer but with probably bring home a couple of 4pks. Any advice from the locals?

I was part of the crew serving the wines to the judges and Storm Cellars did great!
My wife and I did not pour the Rieslings wines for the judges so I didn't try them.

We did pour the rosé flights and the Storm Cellar's rosé was a standout.

What kind of styrofoam do you use around them? Anyone using one of the Cambro like containers with the lid made for sous vide? We had something large and flat shipped and the packaging had huge sheets of 1” closed cell styrofoam I just measured the outside dimensions of the Cambridge and built a 2”...

The KA three roller set is kind of pricy, I bought the solo flat roller then got a $20 hand crank (used, unused) for the various cutters it came with.

Title is a bit deceiving, while Mark may have hosted it, it was Robert Parker's board... IIRC, the Squires board existed long before it became Associated with RP. I like to add some Nashville hot spice mix to my buttermilk and then Soak the chicken for a couple of days. Cooks up great, nice and juicy with mild heat and crispy skin

Not sure I’d worry about a stain on dark colored carpet! But you are correct, I assumed it was a light colored carpet. As always, test any cleaning chemicals to make sure you won’t be creating a larger problem

For fresh wine stains mix Dawn dish soap 50/50 with hydrogen peroxide and apply to the stain liberally
Blot the stain instead of rubbing it in to the carpet.

Charlie was a bit of a jerk in high school. he and his “gang” known as “the danger boys” would come to my sister’s keg parties (it was the ‘70’s) and do mean things like kick our pug and climb the side of our house.

got home late last night and prepped a bag of Costco CB. trimmed and sliced them into pallards. a generous douse of salt then coated them with a mixture of 0% greek yogurt and curry powder. let them sit while the oven pre-heated to 425 convection. roasted them for about 12 min then flipped the chick...

I use a grill basket on a gas grill to get my
Mallard on. I then add cilantro and lime juice to the food processor.
