I've seen the "finger" technique but I don't really know the mechanics of it. Could someone explain in detail?
that being said, I usually make brown rice in a PC as it cooks a lot faster. I would like to use the finger technique for white rice cooked on the stovetop.

I've had no problem with a wood peel and around a teaspoon of corn meal. I spread it around and them keep my pizza crust moving (as in a couple of shakes of the peel) while building the pizza. If a section stops moving, I lift it up and add more corn meal. Made a couple of pies last night and cooked...

Never use those "swap out rack" as those tanks are the worst of the lot. I would love to hear elaboration on this. I have done both ways and noticed zero diff, but I may just not have paid attention propane tanks can be refilled for 12 years from manufacturer. After 12 years, they can be exchanged....

I build pizzas on a wood peel and use a little corn meal on the peel. if you give the dough a shake on the peel every so often while building the pizza it won't stick. keep it moving!

we had a bottle of the Riesling last night with some Indian food. Great pairing with the heat.
My preference is for their dry Riesling over this bottle or their "reserve" Riesling which is also off dry.
