Yesterday had the Family over for lunch for Rosh Hashana.... I did a 24 hour Sous Vide Corned Beef and made Rubens... Served with a '11 Derivative. Best white I have had from Carlisle so far. Guess I have been drinking them too young all along! Much better balance, and still TONS of fruit to resolve...

How much Thalates can leach out? it is a smaller concern for me than a non-stick pan, and since this would be a once in a while thing, I'd think it ok.... cool idea, and could be very cool to do this in the Sous Vide for a different texture.
