As I mentioned upthread, their email system does seem to have an issue if you're not signed up to receive all offers. Not sure if they don't tick a box for some Champagne or what, but when I emailed they added me to all lists and I started getting a lot more Champagne offers (and a lot of others too...

Yeah - looking at it, the Heart to Heart series is Buy 2 get second at 50% off, and then add 30% off "Friends" code that can stack. The 2/50% off applies only to Heart to Heart; Friends code applies to all.

The most common bottle sizes are between 3 and 3 1/2 inches diameter. You can build to fit both Bordeaux bottles and Rhone bottles.
