Yeah, this isn’t at all like young Bordeaux from 20 years ago. I’ve been impressed by how much complexity and real Bordeaux character can emerge from "modern" wines given enough time. In either case, the bottle will not match the blockchain ledger, no matter how good you are - the AI, tech and strength of the unique "bottle thumbprint" are better.
