I would presume they purchased the property for additional winery space (since there is not a winery at Roserock) and fruit for their Cloudline brand.

We opened my last Mag of 1993 DDO Laurene in December 2021 with Rick Allen, Doug Tunnell and others.
I thought it was a great bottle. Very fresh and alive with a good mix of fruit and secondary notes.

2016 - Grand Puy Lacoste 2000 for $70 at Streb's in Boynton Beach Florida.
The owners had purchased the restaurant out of a bankruptcy and had a showy cellar of old Bordeaux and Cali Cabs they were trying to get rid of. I was happy to help.

I've tried a range of the Pizza offerings from Goldbelly, both NY Style - DiFara, Pizzeria Bianco, Pasquale Jones, and Chicago Style - Ginos, Edwardos.

I just had a great experience with Winebid.
My consignment had a few gems but was mostly mid to low value mistakes and daily drinkers I had too many of.
Picked up at my home and on auction 3 weeks later. The consignment sold for 12% above their estimate.
