Really enjoying this wine now. Decanted it 90 minutes ago and it is still picky up steam. At first in the decanter it was very subdued with a mild nose. We have really liked ours and have had no issues till now. From what I understand most of the other brands are also made by Sharp. Similar to Bosch making dishwashers.

I would still get one but check the warranty language

Glad to hear this worked out. The extra shelving is a major plus. When I bought one off CL several years ago, it was only a 100 bottle cabinet, but had 6 or 8 rolling shelves, ended up using these in my other eurocave.

There is a large amount of information you have left out here, like how hot the grill was and did you use a instant read thermometer to check the steak.

Does not matter how many times I have cooked a steak or type of steak, always use a thermometer.

Be well Buzz, glad you are n the mend. I remember a couple years ago with a nasty cold losing all taste and smell for a day or so, could not imagine going weeks like that. Eating food solely on texture is unpleasant
