Propane provides more Btu’s vs natural gas. Just keep a spare tank or two around. I do like being able to move our grill out of the way, fixed line makes that harder.

How are you cooking them after being formed.

I use a similar blend to yours, rolling them small, no bigger than a golf ball. Drop into slightly boiling water and once it floats transfer into your pot or pan of tomato sauce. Slow cook for a couple hours, best the next day

There are times that I believe my wife could take a couple bottles out of the cellar, package them and ship them to me. I would open the box and just add them to the storage racks.

This is most likely from an irregular cork not fitting as tightly as a standard 750. You could just angle the bottle to keep the cork submerged

Is it wrong that I used leftover meatloaf a couple weeks ago to make an improvised Shepard’s pie. Cut up the meat into small crumbles or cubes, added a gravy, veggies, and mashed potato topping.

Cut up Yukon golds, cut up an onion, then oil a baking sheet, add a couple tablespoons of duck fat and roast away at 375-400. Stir them up a couple time to get good browning.

Use leftover potatoes the next day for a frittata.
