Had the 2018 BCS and BCS coffee stout on tap, both were excellent, as well as The BCS from bottle.I thought this years version was a big step up from last years. the coffee was barleywine or a previous vintage? Having been a vendor for Costco I can tell you they are meticulous with the quality of the products they sell in their warehouses.One thing you will seldom find on their shelves is product past the sell by date for instance.

All of my carbon steel pans needed to be seasoned but none of them are De Buyer. Unlike the cheap cast iron I bought many years ago, I haven't found it difficult to season carbon steel pans. I know it’s not stainless, but I switched to De Buyer steel carbon and now I hardly ever touch my All Clads. At another level and will have for the rest of my life...a work horse at a great price! Poppy, the Zacapa solera is probably in the wheelhouse. Old Forester 1920 'Prohibition Style' (115 proof) - awesome stuff. Find it. This could EASILY be relabeled as some of the BTAC bottles, and frankly wouldn't surprise me if it was. Spectacular - better than Weller 12 by a long shot, to me. I may go buy several more just in case this gets 'discovered...

Whe fishing in Sika this summer we ran into school of black cod while fishing for hailbut, good size fish15-30 lbs.
Very mild tasting , I prefer it to halibut by quite a bit.
