Metropolitan Grill used to be fantastic. There really are so many fantastic culinary choices just on Capitol Hill. I ate lunch up there often, but that was some years ago. The Met bar is still my go to Happy Hour bar. [cheers.gif] Happy hour burger and prawn cocktail are both go to's. Indeed!!

Re Viognier, I can easily detect it in a Syrah.My early experiences with Delille and Betz on sorting lines and crush may have had a big influence though.

Smell I would think Who doesn’t like the smell of cedar, has zero effect on the wine. A little bit? No one much I imagine. A sealed room built entirely by it? No thanks A whole room would be a little much agreed, I have done just the ceiling with good results, if I recall on my cellar 6 or so month...

Actually mahogany racks are cheaper than redwood but more expensive than pine.
Side note, I sided the first house we built with mahogany, got a deal, a lot of splitting
When nailing but it still looks great 40+ years later.

Yes, but I would be very surprised if they don't approve it. New Belgium went from selling 955,000 barrels in 2017 to selling 849,000 barrels in 2018. The market share for large regionals has not been doing well for the last couple of years, and is unlikely to change for the better in the next coup...
