Did they make the Oakville in 17? I checked the cellar and have 13,14,15,16 and 18.
Or did I just space out.
They did make it in 2017

*Edited* This was the order I chose and they gave me my last choice. Was hoping that 240k points earned this year would get me at least a 20yr.
1. Pappy 23
2. Pappy 20
3. Eagle Rare 17
4. Sazerac 18
5. Pappy 15
I think you scored, the 15 is my favorite by a wide margin.

This is actually a pretty good idea; you could put 2 of those double Artevino fridges from Costco and get ~800 bottles of storage while keeping the room a nice temperature to enjoy wine in. https://www.costco.com/artevino-iii-by-eurocave-double-400-bottle-free-standing-wine-cellar-with-display-shelv...

I was curious about the Nikka Coffee grain , a friend was kind enough to let me try some.My conclusion was mixed, I thought it was a very pleasant drink, it did not remind me of Bourbon other than the sweet finish, blind I would have guessed B&B.
Worth $40 yes, $80 no way.As always just my opinion.

Any thoughts on the Michter's American release? Worth the $57.99 in WA, all things being equal?
Had it about a year ago and liked It quite a bit, not very complex and a bit sweet, but
really smooth with loads of carmel on the finish.I think I paid mid 30’s in Cali.

Smell I would think Who doesn’t like the smell of cedar, has zero effect on the wine. A little bit? No one much I imagine. A sealed room built entirely by it? No thanks A whole room would be a little much agreed, I have done just the ceiling with good results, if I recall on my cellar 6 or so month...
