For CF, I have enjoyed a small producing new comer Dracaena, whose wine I found through Social Media. Interesting enough the 2014, actually has 10% PS in with their CF. Wine comes form the West Side Ranch in Paso Robles.

In addition to a lot of what is written, I do like to know if wine was sipped alone or consumed with food, how long it was open, whether it was decanted, and perhaps anything out of the ordinary with regards to stems (i.e., awful restaurant glasses etc).

You're welcome! FWIW IMO Jean Edwards is at the top of the Napa QPR game. Why spend $100+ for a Napa Cab when you can get top quality for $40? Can't wait to try the GIII! If you've never tried Jean Edwards the 6-pack sampler is a no-brainer. Since I am literally a no brainer ...in for the Cab pack....

I have always found the Peirano Estate Cabernets (from Lodi) simple but tasty at about $10 per bottle. Always buy it around the holidays as my party wine...
