I have the Bonavita, and it pushes water at 200 degrees and is a reasonable price. I don't use it that often these days since I bought a Rocket Cellini espresso machine though.

I know the Capresso only brews at 170 degrees but before I spring for a Moccamaster I'm going to get one of the new Bonavita brewers which brews at 200 degrees. I moved 120 miles away but I still use winebank too! They do a great job and it's easy to switch sizes up/down based on your needs. Very safe and secure and economical. I'm in the Bay Area all the time so it's not a major deal to go to.
