Thanks for the notes on this. I've drank 2 of the bottles I purchased from the Vinfolio sale and both have showed very similar to what you described. Also....both bottles showed much better after some time in a decanter.

I had lunch there back in January. Unfortunately, I didn't see too many values on the list. We had a bottle of 2010 Dauvissat Les Clos, which was priced at E100. It went great with the Scallops and worked fairly well with the Escargot as well.

I definitely wouldn't put '06 in as a weak vintage. I personally think it is a much better wine than the '07. I'm also a big fan of '05...although it is really young.
