Yes. J is no longer a letter in Italian. I think it is only allowed in existing family names like Gaja. Even the family name of the family that owns Vajra is Vaira.

I think Ai Fiori is a good choice for this. I worked with them on a BYO lunch with Gaia Gaja and it was terrific in every way. We've also had some BYO dinners there that were excellent.

I'm also interested in attending. I have another dinner on the 15th though.
