I think Ai Fiori is a good choice for this. I worked with them on a BYO lunch with Gaia Gaja and it was terrific in every way. We've also had some BYO dinners there that were excellent.

I'm also interested in attending. I have another dinner on the 15th though.

Just yesterday a leaking 2005 Dönnhoff Norheimer Dellchen Riesling Spätlese was stunningly good. I was particularly pleased since I have several that are similarly leaking.

Donnhoff is second in my cellar after Giacosa and just ahead of Produttori. And I'm very happy about that. I find that esp. the Spatleses offer a level of complexity few other wines can match in that price range.

Just to be clear, we DID mean to plant Graciano, not Mourvèdre. We do have that grape too and frankly it tastes rather different from Graciano. A great grape that SHOULD be a Rhone variety. I like Riondo as a simple, dry Prosecco. Nino Franco Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Rustico has a touch of sweetness and good flavor. I suspect it will appeal to your MIL. Unless she likes sweeter than that, then I'd go with Moscato d'Asti.
