Can't go wrong with Nola's offerings. I've had just about all of them. The Sherry vinegar is great, go for it! Don't think I've tried her balsamic yet, so this is clearly the year for it.

Re: NEWBIE INTRO: Terrien Wines

A dry blueberry sparkler sounds unique. It is quite unique, and very fun to make cocktails with. But, his blueberry sparkler is made under a different label (Bluet) and I don't think is going to be part of this offer. Terrien Wines makes Chards from Sonoma, and Pinots. Planning to try that blueberr...

He does Pinot Noir too, but I haven't had one yet.

I put it in after the first pour. If you want to put it back in after a second pour, make sure you cover the filter with your thumb during the second pour so it isn’t exposed to oxygen outside the bottle. This is exactly what I have been doing and I've had good results. Have gone through several bo...

Re: Repour wine saver - anyone use this?

Still using these very often. As others have said, they're for a few days to maybe a week. Longer and you risk losing the wine. My guess is this happens because the seal isn't perfect, so a bit of oxygen sneaks in and over time will spoil the wine.
