Agree with michael on the Albe and love that feature.....the ability to consume asap with please and the ability for mid-term aging development if it gets lost in the cellar.

Buttermilk brined oven fried chicken, sliced local tomatoes with pesto mayo, “purple” green beans. They start out purple when cooked they turn green. Local speckled beans and local new potato salad. Wine cellar build in Central NJ - need help

I have a friend who has a built out insulated room and needs help running the hvac, racks, and temp controlled door. He is having an impossible time finding an available company or experienced GC to help - any advice would be appreciated.

Vegas during COVID
