Re the potential for being harassed by meritless lawsuits, I think it's worth noting that many states, including California, have anti-SLAPP statutes which are meant to prevent that sort of thing.

For what it’s worth, every order I placed over the summer with codes have been shipped accurately and correctly over the last few weeks. My orders have also shipped accurately and correctly, though some late August orders were delayed. I currently have have one order sitting in limbo. (NY warehouse).
