I didn't get an email saying the release was open, but I was able to login to my account and place an order just now (I will be in meetings the rest of the day, so I wanted to try to get it out of the way).

About 250-300 at home between a Le Cache cabinet and a wine fridge in the kitchen.

Every time this thread comes around, I kick myself for not having bought until the 2013 (despite being on the list starting with the 2010 — I was in a period of trying to reduce wine budget when that offering came out, so I passed on it). Anyway, I guess I'm not surprised to hear about the aftermark...

I agree with no clubs (the only club I've ever been a member of was Chateau Ste. Michelle, when I lived nearby and wanted in on the concert presales). But I think this board is a very specific audience. You have to figure out who your core market is. If it's people like us here, then clubs are clear...

I was going to say that this is the price increase that pushed me off the list, but looking at my records I apparently didn't order last year either. I do really enjoy the wine, so it's not a trivial decision for me, but it is starting to feel a little above my comfort zone as an annual buy.

A little bit off-topic, but I've at times considered rigging up a series of LEDs to light up the specific Le Cache slot that the bottle I'm looking for is in. Pick 2 Light-style. I might still do it at some point if I get bored enough to want that kind of project. (Yes, I'm a nerd....)

Yes, the dimensions make a big difference. In that other thread you can see a photo of my locker.
