If they will be able to sell Charbono and Alicante at 2,000% markup like they do with Cabernet, they’ll plant it widely. Until that happens, it’ll be Napa Cabs, just like always.
On the positive, maybe this will give some impetus to pick on the less ripe side again?

Most of the stuff is epidemiological data, since nobody is ever going to do a long-term prospective trial, which is what would be required to definitively show or suggest a causal relation.

Obvious answer is some sort of platform which reflects real-time inventory. I'm not in sales, but many different types of businesses use this sort of system. Gonna have to use some legwork. You likely know some ITB folk...ask them how they do it.

I might have used the wording wine club in a way I didn't intend. I meant wince club as part of the winery and a membership to get wine allocations that you sign up for, not as part of some external club that carries multiple wines from multiple producers. Bedrock, Carlisle, and Turley make superb wines from Lodi, which showcase the region’s potential.
I’ve had some nice Spanish varieties at Riaza as well. If I recall, they have a tasting room in town.
