I guess once you pass 1,000 bottles you no longer need more so wrong. If you drink 270 b a year and like wine with a decade or more of age on it, then you need at least 2700 bottles so that you can have them maturing at a pace that allows you to drink 10 year old wine. No complaints on my end. Surprised by the nature of the complaint as in my opinion, rather than complain about an honest winery who calls to say a check was for too much, one should praise it. But, with the mail in check business model I would think it easier to just raise the price by a few dollars...

When I built my cellar, which has since been expanded, I put in wood racks which were 3 5/8 openings which fit most bottles. I put in one 36 bottle magnum rack which has been very handy for Champagne and oversized bottles.
