the real dick move part of all of this is that it's a city rule, but the actual economic impact is outside the city - the farms and processors that have built businesses (employ people, pay taxes, etc. etc.) that supply the restaurants in the city.

had one this week. decanted for about an hour, a little rough around the edges at first, but after a good bit screaming blue fruit and iron. i'm keeping em! no longer for sale. highly recommended though. not quite at the level of domaine jamet, but at half the price, an excellent wine.

it's insanely more efficient for storage - pic below from Beaucastel; you can stack as high, wide, and deep as you'd need. the rest of the analysis doesn't change for up and down.

According to the 60 Minutes segment that aired last night, addiction problems along with other ailments may be remedied by taking psilocybin's.
