I received the Aged Syrah Pack recently - just tried the 2010 Syrah Humboldt - great wine! Tempted to go back for more or try some of John's other wines. Hi Andy. [thankyou.gif] I've always had a clause in my contracts with most producers that the grower (me) will receive a case of the finished wine. My order arrived today. Yay!

John, what is the drinking window for the 2016 Zins?
I'd start with the Tributary. It's showing the best. The Humboldt Zin has been really shy as of late, and the Marrier has stem inclusion and is the best candidate for aging long term.
Hope this helps

Can someone call the house and wake John up? LOL

John, I fixed up some things in the offer regarding the tasting notes for you.
Thanks so much Brig! Looks much better!

In for some Syrah, first time for Cabot. Looking forward to it!

John, who do you use for shipping?
We ship UPS ground. We'll check in with you prior to shipping to make sure temps are in a comfortable range for the travel and you are ready for them.

Re: Cabot Vineyards- Something old, something new

John and Aida are FAR too humble!!! This is Cabot's first release in THREE FREAKIN' YEARS! They've been pummeled season after season with smoke damage due to wildfires, so they've been only able to offer past vintages until now! This is huge news... Good point. Yes, we had a rough string of vintage...
