In the Sacred Valley ( Valle Sagrado) , the best restaurant was at an AWESOME SPG Hotel called the Tambo del Inka. If you are ever in this area, it is highly recommended. One of the best places I have stayed in Peru plus the best food and wine.

You should try the 2017 Schloss Gobelsburg GV Lamm if you enjoyed the Renner. It is also Erste Lage or first growth. I had this for dinner last night. Incredible Gruner Veltliner. To me very few make better than Schloss Gobelsburg. Nice notes above. Thanks!

Swan Oyster Bar in SF is so much fun. That place is a great choice. It is local. Very personal. Everything is presented with care. You don't have to have 3 Michelin stars to present a great food product.

Nice job guys. Two great wines. I had several Clos de Beze from 01 Rousseau. That particular wine was more forward and giving than the Chambertin. I think 01 was a very good year for Rousseau. Cheers.
