Great lineup. As much as I love library release Raffaults like 78, 85, 89, and 90, you have one next to a locked in Rougeard like 05 P and it’s lights out.

Where can I get the best fish taco in NYC? I really love the tacos at Empellon, but those are fancy. I'm talking super tasty, but super casual tacos.

you can argue the merits of objectivity vs subjectivity for evaluation of the aesthetic / experiential. But if objectivity is what you seek, if it isn’t RCT (randomized control trial), it will invariably be biased.

2016 Fleurie. Very lithe, crunchy, super light fruit, little footprint. Broadened out a bit with air, became silkier... Honestly, not the proper stems to focus on the wine (even though it deserved some); was more like an enchanting complement to a great meal.

Anyone have any experience with the Kaldi Home or Kaldi mini? Evaluating that vs the Behmor.
The main drawback imo seems to be the Kaldis are way messier for a NYC apartment.
Also the need for gas setup is a bit annoying but could also be addicting for precision.
