FS/T: 2007 Chandon de Brialles 1ers (Vergelesses / Cailleretes)

They're all fine, but not my cup of tea. Have ~ a 4pk of each that I'm willing to trade or sell if we can't find a mutual exchange.

Feel free to offer a px or trade item. Of interest for me (in no particular order) would be Austria/Loire/Barolo/Barbaresco/Jura.

Bottles in NY in my eurocave.

I don’t understand the vitriol directed towards Robert. He’s been a champion of Benetiere and other artisanal producers, and I salute his passion and dedication to the niche. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the wines without his efforts let alone his exceptional pricing. The antagonism is only go...

Count me as a huge fan of Wayan. Maybe it was an off night. I’d recommend trying it again. Normally it’s great.
Admittedly we couldn’t order the Nasi Goreng (made with animal stock), the skewers, or other mains...so it’s a limited review.

Went to Wayan last week as we couldn't secure a spot at Wayla and only were notified of an opening at Luthun rather late. you can argue the merits of objectivity vs subjectivity for evaluation of the aesthetic / experiential. But if objectivity is what you seek, if it isn’t RCT (randomized control trial), it will invariably be biased.
