I tried them side by side a few weeks ago with Thai takeaway. The NV was my hands-down favorite: complex and spicy. I don't need any more wine, but if the NV shows up on BD, I'll hop on board for more.

I've used the same Rabbit winged corkscrew for about 15 years. I like that I can easily control how gentle or firm the cork gets pulled. This evening some friends were over and we got some take-out Thai. I popped open the V10.1. Dry, spicy, smooth deliciousness. Absolutely perfect with the Thai.
