Fraud-prevention kicking in happens on all credit cards. Calling up customer service is the only way to fix the problem. I am glad this card has it.

I am a bit concerned about the application process for this card. They asked me to submit my driver's license or passport and proof of address (like utilities bill). This is very odd. I have never had to do that for any credit card application.

Vinfolio has Wine Back Rewards for orders placed till 12/31.

Over a chat session with a Wine.com agent, I requested a $100 off $300 coupon. The agent was fantastic and asked me to put an order. Once I did that, they then applied the discount. I thought it was really nice of them!

Does VinFolio ever do 15% or more? I saw some codes out there like AUTUMN15 (15%), SUMMER1 (20%), WINE30 (30%) but none worked. The only one that worked was 10% referral code.

I requested wine.com folks for $100 off $300 coupons. They politely declined. Last year, I spent 90% of my budget at wine.com. I am thinking of not renewing Stewardship when it comes up in Jan. Amex has good offers on Benchmark, Vinfolio etc.

They *had* 2016 Chateau Cos D'Estournel for $159.99 at Costco in Redmond, WA (6 bottles) and Issaquah, WA. Someone picked them up before I was able to.
