Champagne.

I’m sure you already own some, and while I love Sauternes/barsac with foie gras I believe champagne is best and doesn’t coat your palate like sweet wine. Unless you happen to be serving the foie at the end of the meal which seems less common.

I plastic wrap some bottles, the biggest reason is to stop bottles from sliding. If you ever use bin storage of any kind it is great to wrap some of them. Same goes with champagne and Germans. I bought some rolls that have half the carboard tube exposed for a handle, the wrap is probably 4-5inches. ...

I got rid of the gas grill when I got the Traeger. Gets to temp just about as fast. It doesn’t sear, but it still grills nicely for my taste when I need a quick grilled meal. I tend to use BGE more than anything else, but it is convenient to have a gas grill as well. The existing one is on its last legs.

Not to be argumentative, but I believe you have to add in 32.375% rather than 37%. I'm pretty sure their vig is 24%+8.375% sales tax. My mistake. I thought the vig was 28%. A Not really accurate. Of course it depends where you live, but if you live in NYC, then the effective rate is a hair over 35%...
