Re: Keto diet tips

Way to go Sarah! How do you get your blood test results-finger prick? Not sure I feel like doing that but I would like to know that info. I was out on a business trip this week, so it was pretty difficult to be good, but I did the best I could. Probably malnourished and certainly didn't drink enough...

Re: Official Dryuary (Dry January) 2021 Thread

My sleep quality has been terrible. I may also have to give up caffeine, which normally does not have much of an effect on me. This is my first Dryuary. I’ve been sleeping like a baby compared to when I have wine. I would wake up at 3am if I had wine. No wine, I sleep through the night. Odd how it ...

I let everything get out of control in 2020. I've done keto in the past generally with decent results. The only reason the results aren't better is that I figure how to justify a glass of wine with dinner, then 2...etc. Over the last year potatoes, bread, carbs have slowly increased every week. For me, I find whites (especially White Burgundy and Chardonnay’s) easier to understand, especially at a younger age. I can see through a White Burg and it’s potential more clearly than Bordeaux or Cabernet. I enjoy both at the right times, but Whites are more easily understood for me.
