Re: Keto diet tips
Way to go Sarah! How do you get your blood test results-finger prick? Not sure I feel like doing that but I would like to know that info. I was out on a business trip this week, so it was pretty difficult to be good, but I did the best I could. Probably malnourished and certainly didn't drink enough...

Glad to hear you had an amazing trip, Todd! It's inspiring for those of us who've never been, not to mention good for you to recharge your batteries before BD... Re: Official Dryuary (Dry January) 2021 Thread
My sleep quality has been terrible. I may also have to give up caffeine, which normally does not have much of an effect on me. This is my first Dryuary. I’ve been sleeping like a baby compared to when I have wine. I would wake up at 3am if I had wine. No wine, I sleep through the night. Odd how it ...

Re: Keto diet tips
I let everything get out of control in 2020. I've done keto in the past generally with decent results. The only reason the results aren't better is that I figure how to justify a glass of wine with dinner, then 2...etc. Over the last year potatoes, bread, carbs have slowly increased every week. Work...

For me, I find whites (especially White Burgundy and Chardonnay’s) easier to understand, especially at a younger age. I can see through a White Burg and it’s potential more clearly than Bordeaux or Cabernet. I enjoy both at the right times, but Whites are more easily understood for me.

After reading this thread I opened a 2000 Brane Cantenac last evening. Perfect fill, perfect cork.
