Delta just changed its options and my kids tickets are much less flexible than mine. I will reimburse my kids and add Delta to my ban list quite soon. 4 hour wait for a call back right now. A few weeks ago, Delta had a flash sale JFK / LHR for 20,000 miles roundtrip. I just checked March 29 - April 10, and see 22,000 mile roundtrip coach tickets. That's a good redemption.
