On Superbowl Sunday I drank a '16 Becklyn Napa cab.

At the Di Fara offline I drank a '14 Becklyn Napa cab.

Both were young, and oh so delicious. I can't imagine how they'll improve in 5 years. Maybe I'll save my last '14 till then.

Instruct the wait staff 1 ounce pours on the first go round. Some attendees may not like what they're tasting. < Insert witty comment here>.
After that, a minimum of 1 - 2 ounces per person. You can do the math. I can't imagine more than 5 oz total of wine per person.
