1990 Spottswoode. Wish I was better at pulling out all the tasting characteristics. This wine was very light tasting when first poured. After around 45 minutes in the Grassl it opened up and paired beautifully with NY Flannery steaks. The cork looked brand new. Great bottle from Spottswoode.

I believe my pending total is around 138 bottles, 141 after I ordered a 3 pack earlier this week. There's going to be a lot of hours sorting, putting away and backshifting in my locker. I'll probably wait until the bulk of my wine is delivered before backshifting however

I really hope nothing ships until this CA heat wave is in the rear view mirror. Had a half case ship last week when it was 85-95. There's just no reason for that.

I think I am somewhere around 10 cases pending. Gonna have a lot of back shifting to do in my locker soon.

Split a half case with a friend. Cost per bottle is drastically reduced ordering the half case v the 2 pack for us.

Many of us were concerned with smoke taint for this vintage and now there's property loss and damage. My heart goes out to everyone in the industry and the residents in the paths of these fires.
