Shipper recommendations to Ky from Cali please

Hello Beserkers Unfortunately it can be difficult to ship wine to my home and for a few years I have utilized All Ways Cool in Sonoma. They give good customer care, but I feel like I'm overpaying. I just this week had them ship 2 cases (with very little storage time) and at a regular ground speed vi...

TN: 2016 Day Zinfandel

Sonoma Co Zin by Ehren Jordan...pleasantly surprised! Very aromatic with nice crushed raspberry and bing cherry, alcohol is prominent but not at all overwhelming, a bit of acidity and skin tannins, and on balance has a bit of elegance. Overall I found this a pleasure to drink and will be buying a fe...

Re: What’s your “definite buy” in 2020?

I adore new world Pinot and there are 4 that I'm lucky enough to be on the mailing list and every year I buy as much as I can afford. Number 1 is Rochioli "small block". It took me 12 years to make the list and I will buy as much as I'm offered. Earlier this year I was offered 6 different cuvees for...
