I'm not familiar with most of the Champagne they have, but I've had the PIERRE MONCUIT BLANC DE BLANCS GRAND CRU NV and I think it's great and punches far above it's weight class (i.e., great value buy). I'd be very surprised if you were disappointed with this Champagne at this price.

I'm not sure if the olives will throw this pairing off, but if they weren't there, I think a dry or young off-dry (depending on how much heat you're getting from the salsa) Riesling would be great.

I just bought a 2004 Spatlese from a reputable wine shop this weekend and only noticed that the neck was a bit sticky once I got home. See the above comments about Rieslings seepage make me feel better (although, it wasn't an expensive bottle and if it's bad, the store will likely make it up to me).

Eh, I think the whole place is grossly overrated and their burgers are mediocre at best. I don't get the seemingly huge appeal of their burgers, unless you're only comparing them to other fast food burgers, which wouldn't say much.

I haven't had nearly as much as most of you, but I've yet to have bad Riesling, whether sweet, super sweet, or dry. Sure, some don't wow me or could be more balanced, but I don't discriminate based on style of Riesling. They are all great and just depend on my mood or the situation.

For future reference, ask for an ice pack in the comments section when you place your order. My 9 bottle Marathon shipment arrived with ice packs (pursuant to my request [and an additional $4] and the bottles were cool -- probably between 55 and 60 degrees.

A few 2015 Casa Lapostolle Clos Apalta Le Petit Clos and a bottle of 2005 Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs, which will actually be my first Taittinger Comtes, so I'm excited to try it.

In addition to what people have said already, just be on the look out for good opportunities on online stores. I just got a bottle of 2004 Shiraz from JJ Buckley for $17 and it was great! Everyone really enjoyed it and it had aged wonderfully.
