Milk or cream won't make the eggs runny if you cook them enough. If they are too rich or too many calories with the dairy, you can just add water, which will still make them quite fluffy.

Very nice! I especially love those '01s! I'd think a Kabinett might go decently with a spicy Italian sausage or other extra fatty and mildly spicy pizza, and maybe drier Riesling with a more herbal pizza, but I guess I'll have to try it sometime to find out.

I wouldn’t serve anything sweeter than fresh fruit with any of these wines. Pretzels, salted nuts, etc. Sweet plus sweet plus sweet equals way too sweet, to the extent that none of it is really appealing. I think the idea of pairing sweet wines with desserts in general is one of the great fallacies...
